This is the first brooch I've made that is from only a clock gear. Usually I add clock parts to filigrees, but in this case, the gear itself was from a larger clock so it worked as the main body of the brooch.
Cool steampunk brooch (maybe for Christmas?) made with a brass gear, dangling chains, a brass key and lock charms and the number 8 - just to be mysterious!
Great accessory for cosplay, steampunk wardrobe or other steampunk costuming. Kind of cool with any outfit - add a touch of steampunk to your regular wardrobe too!
Pin is approximately 1.3" wide (3.302 centimeters), and hangs about 2.5" long (6.35 centimeters), to the bottom of the longest chain. In the center of the gear is a little sparkle surprise in the form of brilliant green rhinestone.
Arrives in a jewelry box ready to wrap and stick under the tree!
