Many of our friends from the shows we do have asked us to put Marcel's hand-crafted drink syrups online, so without further ado....they are here!

Marcel's Elderberry herbal syrup is available through Etsy now!

These are 8 oz containers of Mars' syrups, shipped wrapped in bubble wrap, and boxed for protection. Included with the box will be a recipe card with the recipe for Elderberry soda.

Syrups are made from 100% organic ingredients in our unlicensed homestead kitchen. Each bottle is hot packed, sterilized and brought to you fresh and delicious.

Ingredients:
Pure water, organic cane sugar, organic Elderberries, citric acid and a teensy bit of potassium sorbate (to keep the syrup fresh and prevent any kind of mold or other bacteria.

Syrups are available in full size (8 oz.) bottles, or in a sample (2 oz.) size just right for trying a new flavor, or adding something special to those holiday stockings!

Payments

This shop accepts payments though Pay Pal and Etsy direct checkout. Using either of these methods allows you to use any major credit or debit card for your convenience. Checks or money orders are also accepted, but items are not shipped until after the check or money order is received and clears the back.

Once payment is received, all orders are shipped from New Hampshire in the United States (U.S.), via U.S. postal service, usually within 1 - 2 (business) days. Sundays and holidays, the post office is closed, so orders placed on those days are slightly delayed.

This shop gladly accepts custom orders of all kinds. Payment for customer orders is required in advanced. This allows us to order materials for your customization. For custom orders, we will discuss and agree on a date for shipping that works for you before payment is accepted.

Shipping from United States

Artistic Anachronism ships world wide from New Hampshire, in the United States.

The exception is our food and essential oil items, which only ship to the continental United States. This is due to restrictions on shipping liquids outside the U.S.

Any item that is made to order will take from 3-10 days to ship because we have to make it first. If an item is ready made, we will list it that way, and shipping will generally be within 1-3 days.

This shop uses the United States Postal service for shipping by default. If another option is needed, please send me a convo before making the purchase in order to ensure the option you need is available. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. The standard shipping usually arrives at its destination within a week or so within the U.S.

All jewelry items are shipped in a jewelry box, suitable for gift wrapping. Small items are sent in a padded mailing envelopes. This method saves our customers the most on shipping! If you have concerns about this type of packaging, please send me a convo. I can work with you to find an alternate method.

We use Etsy calculated shipping, and the fee for shipping of most items is around $3 within the continental U.S.. Shipping includes tracking within the United States, and in some other countries. If you are concerned about tracking, send us a convo and we can research to see whether tracking is available outside the U.S. for your country.

Shipping overseas can be delayed due to significant lay over time in customs. Some countries move things right along, others may delay your package by as much as a few weeks. Please plan ahead if you are purchasing a gift or need jewelry for a special occasion.

Gift Wrapping: If you need an item gift wrapped, please send me a convo. We are happy to do this for you, but would advise a sturdier mailer, such as a box, in order to protect the wrapping and bow in the mail. We can quote you a rate for this alternate mailer and gift wrap once we know where the item is going.

If you would like insurance for any purchase, please send us a note. We can quickly create a custom listing for you that includes this alternate shipping option.

Special Note about Liquids: Our syrups and essential oils are in glass containers.
We know this adds weight to the purchase, but we use glass due to the increased level of safety and health concerns with plastic. We don't like to eat food stored in plastic, so we don't expect you to either. We will keep shipping as affordable as we can, but we know it is expensive. Occasionally the calculated shipping charges too much for shipping syrups, and in that case we will refund any overage charged at the time of shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

We want you to be happy! If you do not love your purchase for any reason, Please send it back to us in the same condition you received it in, within 7 days. Once we receive the items back, your money will be refunded, minus the shipping cost.

It is rare that items are lost or damaged in the U.S. mail, but if this should happen to you, please let us know. The post office offers tracking and limited insurance on all packages. They will reimburse for any lost or damaged items within their guidelines.

Additional

Custom: Please send us an Etsy chat if you would like to discuss having a custom piece made. If you decide you would like custom items made, a non-refundable deposit for materials is required before the work begins. If for some reason you do not want the final piece, you may decline the item. The deposit is generally approximately 30% of the total purchased price.

Wholesale: Currently Artistic Anachronism does not offer our work at any discount off the prices shown here. We are already selling at what amounts to 'wholesale rates to the public', so we can't afford to discount any further to allow for retail store owner mark ups.
