This wonderful Absinthe sugar melts quickly and easily in the ice water drip of the Absinthe ritual. Simply unwrap the cube, and place it on an Absinthe spoon or grill, then pour or drip ice water over the sugar.

Please note: The sugar does not taste like Absinthe, it is designed to melt quickly and smoothly into Absinthe.
The sugar is sold in packages of 10 pre-wrapped cubes. Each is a double cube, so you should get from 10-20 drinks out of a package, depending on how sweet you take your Absinthe.
